Dr. Patrizia Ecker is a digital transformation advisor, author, and researcher with a PhD in Psychology. With over 15 years of experience leading AI and transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies at Accenture, she has witnessed firsthand how technology can either entrench inequality or unlock unprecedented opportunities.
As the author of The Digital Reinforcement of Bias and Belief (Springer Nature/Palgrave Macmillan), Patrizia has become a leading voice on AI bias, cognitive processes, and human-centered technology design. Her work has been featured in international media including Arab News and Gulf Times, where she addresses how AI reflects societal prejudices and why humanistic perspectives are essential.

Ruby Davies brings over 20 years of creative and brand leadership experience from the hospitality industry, where she has mastered the art of storytelling, community building, and designing human-centered experiences.
Currently Head of Creative Strategy at Design Hotels, Ruby has spent her career building bridges between brands and people, creating content that resonates on a deeply human level.
With a background in Fashion Design from LaSalle College Vancouver and entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of GRUB, Ruby understands the power of creativity to transform how we communicate complex ideas.
Beyond her corporate work, Ruby has dedicated time to working with children with special needs, an experience that shaped her understanding of how education must adapt to serve every learner. This perspective drives her commitment to AILA’s mission of ensuring AI literacy is accessible and empowering for all young people.
